What is Viscario?

Viscario is a premium on-demand streetwear brand focused on oversized silhouettes, bold graphics, and high-quality fabrics. Each piece is printed only after you place your order, ensuring freshness and sustainability.

Do you offer size exchanges?

Yes. We offer one-time size exchange for every order, as long as:

  • The request is placed within 3 days of delivery

  • The product is unworn and unwashed

  • Only the size is being changed

Customers cover return shipping; we cover the new print and reship.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund after verification. Clear images or short videos may be requested for confirmation.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are printed and processed within 2 to 4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 9 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking information via email or SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also contact support if you need assistance retrieving your tracking details.

Do you accept returns for change of mind?

No. Since every product is made to order, we cannot accept returns for personal preference or change of mind.

What happens if my order is undelivered?

If your order returns to us due to incorrect address, refusal at delivery, or non-serviceable pin code, it will not be refunded automatically. You may request reshipping by paying the reshipping charge.

What materials do you use?

Our oversized hoodies use premium 400 GSM cotton.
Our cropped hoodies use thick 320 GSM cotton.
Our acid wash hoodies use 300 GSM cotton with a lived-in texture.

All garments are soft, warm, breathable, and built for everyday comfort.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced later.
